New Build Residential Development – Dullingham

An outline application for a scheme for the development of up to 41 new homes with commercial (B1/ D2 use) units is currently awaiting decision with East Cambridgeshire District Council.

A committee meeting was held with an officers recommendation for Approval and members agreed to support the officers recommendation.

The application is currently awaiting finalised S106 agreement.
