Saffron Heights – Conversion

Originally a pair of three bedroom semi-detached houses which had been combined to form a Doctors Surgery. This property in Saffron Walden has been converted back into residential use as 5 new apartments. To achieve this, we designed a substantial extension to the property including 2 storey side and rear extensions and loft conversion.

Each apartment has been finished to a high quality standard by the developer and benefits from off road parking and bike storage and use of a communal garden area. Within the design a lift has also been incorporated to the scheme to make all the apartments fully accessible under Part M of the Building Regulations.
